Capabilities Contract (ITCC)
A 10-year, $525 million
dollar, Computer Sciences Corporation prime contract with USSTRATCOM to provide
all LAN and desktop engineering, operations, and support services for over 6000
terminals. McCallie is a CSC Teammate
and provides the largest subcontracted team to ITCC. Our support includes providing the Service Delivery Manager
(SDM), a key program management position, and technical workforce across all
areas of the program from Help Desk to Systems Engineering. The SDM leads a fully integrated contract
team of over 120 technical personnel providing 24/7 network operations and
support. McCallie was a key participant
in architecting the service delivery organization and contract migration plan
for ITCC transition from a Cost-Plus services contract to a performance-based,
Fixed Price, managed services vehicle. The 60-day, Excellent-rated phase in
period completed with handover of IT operations to ITCC on schedule, 1 October,
2004. Seamless IT operations and
support will continue throughout the 24-month migration period as the contract
transitions to performance-based managed services using Service Level
Agreements for governance. ITCC
contract options run through 30 September, 2014.
