McCallie Associates Announces Selection of Vice President for Business Development

 

McCallie Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the selection of Franklin R. (Ray) Fish as the corporation’s new Vice President of Business Development.  Ray joined McCallie Associates in October 2004 as a Senior Military Operations Analyst, and was promoted to his current position as McCallie's Regional Manager for Western US Operations in September 2005. Ray came to McCallie from the Titan Corporation, where he was a Senior Systems Analyst working NORAD-USNORTHCOM J6 Joint Training issues in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Prior to Joining Titan Corporation in 1999, then Lt Colonel Fish completed a distinguished career in the US Air Force.  While an officer in the USAF, Lt Col Fish held numerous high level positions within the Space and Missile Operations arenas, including his last duty as the Commander of the 2nd Space Warning Squadron.

 

Ray's background in the Air Force includes experience as an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Squadron Operations Officer in North Dakota; the Chief, ICBM Employment Policy for Air Combat Command in Langley AFB, Virginia; and an ICBM Future Concepts Staff Officer for USSTRATCOM at Offutt AF, Nebraska.  Amongst Ray's other achievements are an MBA degree from the University of Montana, as well as a BA in Business Management from the University of New Mexico.

 

 

Mr. Fish and his wife Judy reside in Colorado, and Ray conducts business for McCallie from Colorado Springs.  As the Western Regional Manager for McCallie, Mr. Fish oversees operations in Colorado, where McCallie supports NORTHCOM and ARSTRAT, and in San Diego, where McCallie performs work as a subcontractor to SAIC on a Department of Defense contract at SAIC's La Jolla facility.  McCallie Associates, Inc. was founded by Mr. Bob McCallie in 1980, and in 1999 Mr. McCallie retired and named Ms. Jennifer Maassen as CEO.  The firm is a woman owned small business providing operational expertise and information technology support to the Department of Defense and commercial customers.  They provide award winning information technology solutions, custom database and software development, military expertise, and business process reengineering services to a wide variety of customers.  Current customers include the Federal Government; Department of Defense; States of Nebraska, Virginia, Nevada, Washington, and Tennessee, as well as the District of Columbia, the  Virgin Islands, and the Hopi American Indian Tribe, in addition to  county government entities; and local commercial businesses.  McCallie Associates, Inc. is headquartered in Bellevue, NE
