McCallie Associates has 26 pay periods per year with payroll disbursements taking place every other Friday with allowances for banking holidays.

Yes, if the job environment permits we can offer part or full-time and short or long-term project employment.

Yes, McCallie Associates offers payroll direct deposit. Associates can direct deposit their payroll check into three separate bank or savings and loan accounts.

•   How soon can I participate in the 401(k) plan?
New Associates may begin tax deferred payroll contributions 90 days after the employment start date.

•   What percent of my pay can I contribute to the 401(k) and how much does the company match?
Associates can tax-defer up to 15% of their salary in our 401(k). The Company matches 50% up to 8% for a maximum of 4%.

•   What is the dress code?
Normally it is business casual interpreted by McCallie to be professional but not stuffy, relaxed but not sloppy. There are times when business determines it is appropriate to wear a suit and tie. McCallie does offer a variety of company shirts and blouses that are appropriate business casual wear.

•   How soon can I take vacation?
McCallie Associates begin earning Paid Time Off (PTO) immediately upon employment. Associates' may use PTO hours as they are accrued or may accumulate for such things as vacation, holidays, sick time, etc.
